Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack with Care

Disassemble the chair carefully and place all components, including hardware and tools, back into the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

Affix the provided return shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
